LWK offers a full range of (plasma) ceramic components
Our product portfolio is based on our in-house development of water plasma technology: A specially designed, water stabilised plasma torch heats the ceramic powder until the melting point is reached. The molten particles are then projected onto a metal tool. The particles stick to one another and solidify on the tool, thereby producing our plasma ceramic which is unique in the world. The brand name plascera® is a fusion of the terms "plasma" and "ceramic".
In terms of price/performance ratio, our plascera® plasma ceramic outperforms conventional sintered ceramics in many applications.
