Our process enables the production of ceramic tubes of almost any dimension:

• Inside diameter from 10 mm to 1500 mm
• Length up to 7000 mm
• Wall thickness from 1 mm upwards
In light of our production flexibility, it's merely the application conditions that define the dimensions of the tube. What you get is tubes of the optimised dimensions, not standard products.

For this reason we do not have any product catalogues or price lists.
We offer tubes of the following materials:
• Aluminium oxide 99.7%
• Mullite (approx. 75% aluminium oxide + approx. 25% silicium dioxide)
• Spinel (approx. 75% aluminium oxide + approx. 25% magnesium oxide)
• Zirconia aluminium oxide (approx. 75% aluminium oxide + approx. 25%
   zirconia oxide)
• Aluminium titanate (approx. 60% aluminium oxide + approx. 40% titanium dioxide)
• Zirconia oxide with CaO, MgO and Y2O3 stabilisation
• ZZirconia silicate (approx. 67% zirconia oxide + approx. 33% silicium dioxide)
In production, the minimum tube length is approx. 1000 mm, the precise length depending on the diameter. The minimum purchase quantity is determined as follows:
• Shorter lengths are produced in batches based on the minimum purchase quantity.
